THE CHALLENGE?

A competition open to young talents from around the world to develop the employer brand around three themes: inclusion, green, and tech.

Two event highlights :

A semifinal bringing together 600 students from all around the world.

An exceptional final to reward the 3 qualified teams, with a VIP jury.

This event drew 83,000 participants, with over 40,000 voters (via the voting platform), 9 finalist teams and 3 tracks to showcase L’Oréal’s flagship businesses.
